For customers purchasing physical items, we will process and ship your order within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Peninsular Malaysia: 3–5 working days

  • Sabah & Sarawak: 5–10 working days

  • International Orders: 7–21 working days (depending on destination and customs processing)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or events outside our control.

1.3 Delivery Fees

Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout. Free shipping promotions may apply depending on ongoing campaigns.

1.4 Self-Pickup Option

Customers may choose self-pickup during checkout. Upon order confirmation, pickup details—including location, contact information, and available times—will be provided via email or WhatsApp.


2. Refund Policy

2.1 Digital Products

All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable due to the nature of instant delivery and accessibility.
However, we will assist you if:

  • The download link does not work

  • The file is corrupted or cannot be accessed

  • The delivered content is significantly different from what was advertised

In such cases, we may resend the file or provide technical support.

2.2 Physical Products

Refunds or replacements for physical goods may be granted under the following conditions:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • The product is missing parts or is not as described

Refund or replacement requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the item and must include photo or video evidence.

2.3 Non-Refundable Situations
